Learning Acceleration Grant Director
Minimum Qualifications:
Hold a valid principal certificate
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in both virtual and in-person school environments Experience at both the campus and district levels Minimum of a Master's degree Proven success in remote work environments Self-driven and highly motivated
Summary of Responsibilities:
As the Learning Acceleration Grant Director, you will play a pivotal role in our educational institution, focusing on accelerating learning outcomes for students through the effective implementation of grant initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning acceleration programs funded by grants.
Collaborating with school principals, district leadership, and grant stakeholders to ensure alignment with grant objectives and compliance with grant requirements.
Providing guidance and support to school principals and teachers in implementing evidence-based instructional practices that promote student growth.
Monitoring and analyzing student data to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Developing and maintaining partnerships with external organizations and agencies to enhance grant-funded programs.
Preparing and submitting reports as required by grant funders and district administration.
Staying up-to-date on best practices and research in learning acceleration and grant management.
Managing grant budgets and resources effectively.
Salary Schedule:
The salary for this position will be based on the district's compensation structure. Additionally, all applicable state and local benefits will apply.

Substitute Teachers
We are currently in need of individuals willing to serve as substitute teachers. Positions are on an as needed basis. Individuals interested in serving as a substitute must be able to pass a background investigation and be fingerprinted. The possibility of serving as a long term substitute this year is very real.
