Athletic Director/Head Football Coach
Direct and manage district's athletic program and facilities and instruct and coach students to develop skills and abilities to excel in athletics. Special Education Teacher
Provide special education students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Develop or modify curricula and prepare lessons and other instructional materials to match student ability levels. Work in self-contained, team, departmental, or itinerant capacity as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Hold or ability to obtain a valid Texas educational aide certificate
Ability to assist with classroom instruction
Effective verbal and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills to develop spreadsheets, databases, and perform word processing
Knowledge of and the ability to assist in instructing with teachers
Summary of Responsibilities:
Provide instructional support services. Assist the teacher in instruction, preparation, and management of instructional activities. Work under the direct supervision of the teacher or assigned staff member. Assist with administration and scoring of objective testing instruments or work assignments. Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly instructional environment. Assist with inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment. Assist in conducting parent involvement activities. Supervise students throughout the day, before and after school, inside and outside the classroom, including in cafeteria, at the pick-up/drop-off area, and on the playground. Participate in professional learning programs, staff meetings, and special events as assigned. Maintain confidentiality.
Salary Schedule:

Substitute Teachers
We are currently in need of individuals willing to serve as substitute teachers. Positions are on an as needed basis. Individuals interested in serving as a substitute must be able to pass a background investigation and be fingerprinted. The possibility of serving as a long term substitute this year is very real.
